Data Collection and Preparation

To prepare for the submission to the provincial government’s Disaster Recovery Assistance Program the municipality must collect and collate all relevant data. We at Disaster Recovery Solutions are offering the following services to support the data collection and preparation as required by AEMA (Alberta Emergency Management Agency).

  • Data Entry Reports

Our Services include

  • Assistance to the municipality’s finance and accounting staff to collect the data and ALL of the eligible corresponding expenses for all eligible response and repair costs from the disaster.
  • Assistance to the municipality staff in preparing the documentation in the acceptable format that allows for timely approval of those costs.
  • Assistance to municipal staff in responding to questions regarding the submission and the information contained in it.
  • Creation of hard and/or electronic copies of data entry reports as needed.
